HELP FILL OUT APPLICATION:
Most home buyers like to save money by paying lower rates and fees charged by lenders and brokers alike. We have noticed that they are paying higher rates and fees because most of them do not know how to fill out mortgage application and attachments which we call disclosures on their own. Now as a R.E broker/agent your service is to save your client money in fees and interest rates. Help them fill out our mortgage application and save them from over paying to lender/brokers/agents.
HELP THEM COLLECT REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR MORTGAGE APPLICATION:
  1. Sales contract.
  2. W-2 for last 2 Years.
  3. Last 4 Weeks Pay-stubs.
  4. Last 3 months bank statements (must include all pages).
  5. Gift Letter if applicable.
COMPENSATION FOR YOUR TIME maximum $250:
If your buyers or you bring us completed package for processing than at closing we will rewards you with $250 which is maximum allowed by law.In event they do not close with us than you will receive $50 for your time spent with our client/customers. You must send us a invoice for the time spent. You must also disclose client/customers that you do not work for "Comfort Mortgage Corporation" as a loan officer.
