Items needed to apply for a mortgage
Send all applicable documents and Disclosures with application

1. Original fully executed contract of sale or copy of deed for refinance
2. Provide last 2 months bank statements for ALL accounts listed on your application.Use the biggest accounts only and save time,one or two large accts.without missing any pages.
3. Last 4 weeks Pay-stubs Or up to date P&L for self-employed also phone number of CPA
4. W-2 forms 2001 and 2002 or 1040's for Self-employed borrowers
5. Copies of divorce decree or legal separation (if applicable).
6. Not a citizen of USA-copy of social security and green cards, front & back.
7. H-1 visa,need employment assignment and approval from INS And Copy of SS card.
8. Include-$250 for Appraisal (1 Family) and Credit Report.(waived for all home purchases)
9. REFINANCE ONLY: (Addition to above)
   Survey
   Title insurance policy
   Homeowner insurance policy.
   
10. Send all above paper work with:
    Completed Application (3 pages) with all disclosures
    
11. Current Mortgage Statement(With mortgage company name,Address and phone number for Payoff)
